Yo. I thought I'd see you here sooner than later. Curious to learn about the technology of other dimensions?

Of course. I've already got tons of ideas for things I want to try. Getting tools is kind of a pain, though.

... Say, we all got more vouchers the other day, right? How many did you get?

Of course I did! Both the regular coursework and the extra credit.

Wait, which task did you do last week?

All right, how about extra credit? We all got one assignment last week, right?

I started with one, but I ended up doing two.

Maybe that's it, then... damn.

I guess it's a good thing, when it means we have more vouchers as a whole... [except it is so hard to not sound a little bitter that some people got more than her. imagine being a mature person who's just happy for her teammates' success??? impossible.]

I don't suppose you've got another assignment now?

If you're that concerned about the vouchers, should I give you two of mine?

... Look, I don't want to be a charity case or anything stupid like that, so if you ever need a hand with tasks or extra credit or something, I'll... you know. [help??]

Who said it was a charity case? Seeing as we're in the same dorm, is there a better investment than our very own genius mage?

[This couch is his new bed. And, on that bed, he fixes the splint on his wrist by shimmying newly torn condoms down his gloved arm.

Does he know that Rita minds it? Possibly. But he will not stop as long as his wrist is a wreck.]
