[Sieghart watches him go in disbelief. How did it turn out like this? Whatever happens, he decides as he also heads inside, Sakyou is on his own.]

Week 6: Saturday

[Later in the night, they happen upon each other in the community garden. Sieghart no longer carries the cup of tea from trial. The tension on his face from then has gone as well, replaced once more by his usual smile.]

You like coming here, don't you?

[Now that the absolute delight he was slammed into via the final vote has faded, he's back to being... SAD!! Not really, but he's definitely much more muted now. Mostly because doubts are beginning to plague his mind and also, watching the living freak the fuck out is harming him, wow.]

...I enjoy being outdoors, yes. I don't like the buildings here very much, to be honest.

I don't, either.

At times like this, it's better to sit outside and watch the stars . . . not that there's much to see.

Do you see the same stars from here that we do back on campus?

[Looking skyward... are there bears up there......]

If I'm understanding it right, we're really not that far from everyone else. We're definitely not in the sky.

I did wonder why people continued to speak toward the sky as though you were actually entirely dead...

[Even though he himself also occasionally glanced skyward.......]

Well, we did die.

It's probably that they don't know which angle we're monitoring them from . . . That, and we have a habit of looking up even after we've buried someone.

Well... That's true. I suppose it must be somewhat entertaining to watch, as well.

[Old man yells at dead people on the moon...]

It depends on what they're doing. The games were pretty entertaining, no matter which way everyone was looking.

The games that were played at parties, you mean?

[Those games... He tires.]

We host parties of our own, too.

You do? [He's glad it's lively down here but also???] ...I suppose it's important to keep levity where possible...

If you don't enjoy yourself from time to time, you'll damage your spirit. Then morale will fall.

I suppose that's one way of looking at it. One can't be "at work" constantly, no matter how much they might wish...

I don't know about you, but I dislike busywork. Why should I do anything that's unnecessary? It's too troublesome.

You have mentioned this before, and yet somehow, I continue to forget it...

Week 7: Saturday

[Having gone outside for a while, Sieghart is on his way back to the dormitory. Although he neglected to join the vengeance council, his sword is with him as he walks the campus in his school shirt and pants. When he crosses paths with Sakyou, he simply asks:]

[Sieg's vengeance sword...

Sakyou looks better than he has in weeks though, so that's probably a good indicator! Then again, he's really just out here being satisfied by any chance to vent by stabbing.]

Well, as far as things are considered. It did not wish to put up a fight, but I don't think any of us were looking for one.
