He doesn't laugh, mostly because a series of muffled noises interrupt any reaction he might have had to the frying pan.
The yell cuts him off. His head snaps up toward the ceiling at the slam. Something hits the floor and he dashes in the direction of the stairs.

Though he only manages to take a step before he's tumbling to the floor, asleep before he even lands. ALONE APPARENTLY. x( ]
