Learning and training are different. Once I was shown the basics, I did everything on my own!

How long ago was that though? Doesn't it kind of boring to do everything yourself?

[when it comes to that sort of thing. other things, yeah, sure, strong advocate for doing it himself. but in general..]

People should do what they're best at. There are things I can handle better by myself. As for the rest, I leave the things I'm not good at to others.

So okay. What else are you good at besides slaying monsters?

Not much. I'm a genius swordsman, but I don't have talent in much else.

I guess it isn't so bad to be an expert in one thing instead of mediocre in a bunch, but haven't you ever wanted to pick up other skills?

I don't have that kind of patience.

Besides, I enjoy fighting. Why change sports if you already enjoy playing soccer?

I like being versatile. And I can learn stuff from other sports that I can apply to playing soccer and improve my game.

[ercnerd]

That much is the same for me. My mastery of various weapons augments my swordsmanship. As long as it's within the realm of combat, I'm also versatile.

Okay but then what about outside of the realm of combat? One day there may not be any monsters left. So what then?

That sounds like a good day! If I'm still around, I'll figure it out then.

As long as there are demons, there are going to be monsters.

Then how do you get rid of the demons?

By fighting them, of course.

So then if you're constantly fighting them, wouldn't you eventually stop them from existing?

So did you come here to practice soccer?

Yeah. I haven't practiced for a little while, figured I may as well take advantage of the field. Ever play?
